We rent to anyone wanting to take family pics for the annual Christmas card, senior pictures, engagement shoots, baby announcements, or "just because."  We will only reserve one session at any given time, so the family and photographer will have the entire farm exclusively for that perfect shot.

Session Cost = $30/hour for time scheduled (1 hour minimum).  Be sure to schedule enough time for setting up and packing up.  Please be packed up and out by the end of your scheduled time.  An additional full hour will be due if you are still taking photos past your scheduled time.

Professional Photography Policy

Calling all photographers!  Mill Dam Christmas Tree Farm will be scheduling photography rental sessions this fall at the tree farm for photo shoots by individual families as well as professional photographers.

Photography Rules:

• Photography sessions are allowed on the farm by phone appointment only.  No walk-ins. 
  
• Professional photography will not be scheduled or allowed  while the Christmas tree farm is open to the public (weekends Thanksgiving thru Christmas).
  
• Payment is due upon scheduling to secure your session time.
  
• Photographer must check in at the barn upon arrival and sign the waiver of liability.
  
• No smoking.
  
• Children must be supervised by parents.
  
• We welcome well-behaved family pets on a leash for photo sessions.  Do not allow pets to mark or chew Christmas trees and pick up their waste.
  
• Photography is not allowed inside the barn or on any of the tree farm equipment.
  
• Vehicles are not allowed in the Christmas tree field under any circumstances.  All props must be carried to your location and removed by the end of your scheduled session time.
